UFC on FOX 10 is live today from The United Center in Chicago, IL with a sure to be great 11-fight card. From a betting perspective, there are several props I like. If interested in betting these, or any other props, you may do so at Several Bookmakerss. These are my prop plays for UFC on FOX 10: Benson “Smooth” Henderson (-270) vs Josh “The Punk” Thomson (+248) Fight Goes the Distance (-190) 3.8u to win 2u These lightweights are both dangerous, but even more durable. I think they will both look to implement their wrestling to win rounds, and I’m sure both are ready for and expecting a five round war. I think this fight goes the distance more than 80% of the time, so at -190, I have to recommend a play. Darren “The Damage” Elkins (-105) vs Jeremy “Lil’ Heathen” Stephens (-105) Elkins by Decision (+160) 1.25u to win 2u This is going to be a battle between two big and powerful lightweight turned featherweights who have both looked tremendous and dominant at 145 pounds. In this match-up, I favor Elkins to do enough with his wrestling to win at least two out of three rounds on the judges’ scorecards. Daron “The Detroit Superstar” Cruickshank (-220) vs Mike “Wolverine” Rio (+200) Cruickshank Inside the Distance (+136) 2u to win 2.72u Cruickshank in Round One (+325) .5u to win 1.62u As I stated in my fight article, I am expecting Cruickshank to get the better of Rio on the feet, and really hurt him. Nikita “Al Capone” Krylov (+335) vs Walt “Big Ticket” Harris (=370) Harris Inside the Distance (-205) 6.15u to win 3u Harris is bigger, faster, stronger, and more versatile than Krylov. He is going to be too big, he is going to be too fast, and he is going to be too strong. I am expecting him to end this fight early, in highlight reel fashion. George Sullivan (+195) vs Mike “Biggie” Rhodes (-215) Rhodes by Decision (+222) .5u to win 1.11u I would not be surprised to see a finish on either end, or for Sullivan to the decision. That said, I think this fight goes the distance more often than not, and I give the edge to Rhodes both on the feet and on the mat, so I expect him to earn the nod from the judges.
