Two-Way Parlay for UFC Fight Night 71

Kevin CaseyUFC Fight Night 71 Date: July 15, 2015 Arena: Valley View Casino Center City: San Diego, CA UFC Fight Night 71: Mir vs Duffee will be live from San Diego, CA tomorrow night with 12-scheduled bouts. The main card is set to kick off at 10pm ET on FOX Sports 1, with preliminary action getting going at 8pm ET on the same channel and a pair of bouts on UFC Fight Pass before it at 7pm ET. If interested in wagering on this parlay, or any bouts on this fight card, all betting lines will be made available at Several Bookmakerss. Here’s a two-way parlay for UFC Fight Night 71: Welterweight bout: Alan Jouban (-440) vs Matt Dwyer (+350) Gabe’s Thoughts: I think the combination of Jouban’s precise and brutal striking and Dwyer’s lack of striking defense are a recipe for an early finish in this contest. I prefer the Under 1.5 rounds at -130 over Jouban straight up at -440, as I think Jouban almost certainly wins this fight by T/KO. Taking the total is safer in my eyes, as well, because Dwyer could potentially catch Jouban and finish the fight in his own right, which was what happened in his last outing against William Macario. I think this fight ends early and much more often than not, I see Jouban adding another highlight to his reel. Gabe’s Call: Jouban by T/KO (punch, 0:51 round 1) Middleweight bout: Ildemar Alcantara (+100) vs Kevin Casey (-120) Gabe’s Thoughts: I see Casey’s advantage in power to be the difference in this match-up, as I see him hurting Alcantara and potentially finishing him. I think he could finish this fight by either T/KO or submission, even considering Alcantara’s solid Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gme. At this point in their careers, I believe Casey is the superior fighter and keeps improving, while Alcantara seems to be on a decline. I think Casey should be a -250 favorite, so I really like him for a play at near coin-flip odds here. Gabe’s Call: Casey by T/KO (punches, 1:35 round 1) Gabe’s Recommended Parlay: Jouban/Dwyer Under 1.5 rounds (-130) and Casey (-120) at +224 for 4.55u to win 10.2u
