Prop Plays for UFC 189

Rory MacDonaldUFC 189 Date: July 11, 2015 Arena: MGM Grand Garden Arena City: Las Vegas, NV The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is headed back to the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV on Saturday, July 11th for UFC 189. The stacked card will feature 11 bouts in entirety, including two title fights. Main card action is set to get underway at 10pm ET on Pay Per View, with a four fight preliminary card preceding it at 8pm ET on FOX Sports 1 and a pair of scraps beforehand on UFC Fight Pass at 7pm ET. If interested in wagering on these props, or any plays on this fight card, all betting lines will be made available at Several Bookmakerss. Here are my prop plays for UFC 189: Conor McGregor (+145) vs Chad Mendes (-165) McGregor in Round Three (+685) .3u to win 2.05u McGregor in Round Four (+875) .55u to win 4.81u Just a gut feeling that McGregor finishes this one in the third or fourth round. Robbie Lawler (+165) vs Rory MacDonald (-190) MacDonald by T/KO (+420) 1u to win 4.2u I think MacDonald delivers the best performance of his career in this five round title fight and becomes the new UFC Welterweight Champion. I like his chances of wrapping this one up with a T/KO. Dennis Bermudez (-210) vs Jeremy Stephens (+175) Bermudez by Decision (+105) 1u to win 1.05u Simply put, I think this is the most likely outcome to this featherweight bout. Cody Garbrandt (-600) vs Henry Briones (+450) Garbrandt ITD (-160) 3.2u to win 2u Garbrandt is superior fighter heading into this bantamweight scrap and I see him earning a second consecutive UFC bout inside the distance. I think he scores a first round T/KO finish, however I am not playing the Round One prop (+150) as I don’t think it offers enough value. Louis Smolka (-115) vs Neil Seery (-105) Seery by Decision (+185) 1u to win 1.85u In my eyes, this is the most likely outcome to this flyweight battle. I see Seery using his grappling advantage to earn a decision victory following three rounds of action. Cody Pfister (+165) vs Yosdenis Cedeno (-190) Cedeno by T/KO (+230) 1u to win 2.3u Cedeno will enjoy adantages in size and striking heading into this lightweight contest against the undersized Pfister, who I expect to look like a bantamweight next to Cedeno. If Cedeno turns it up, I think he could stop Pfister via T/KO.
