If interested in wagering on this parlay, or any bouts for this fight card, all betting lines are currently made available at Several Bookmakerss. Here is my parlay: Lightweight bout: Nick Hein (-230) vs Tae Hyun Bang (+190) Gabe’s Thoughts: Bang packs more power but I believe Hein is the superior boxer heading into this contest and I expect him to outbox the Korean over the course of three rounds en route to a unanimous decision victory, potentially securing a T/KO stoppage along the way. I think this is his fight to lose and as long as he avoids getting caught early, the German should walk away with a clear cut win. He has a good chin, so I favor it to hold up in most cases. Hein also has the better cardio heading into the contest, and does pack some power himself, so I think a T/KO, especially in the second half of the fight is almost as likely as a win on the scorecards. Gabe’s Call: Hein by T/KO (punches, 4:33 round 2) Lightweight bout: Rustam Khabilov (-400) vs Leandro Silva (+325) Gabe’s Thoughts: I believe Khabilov is the superior mixed martial artist heading into this contest and expect him to get the better of Silva everywhere. Silva has solid Muay Thai and on paper may be the better striker, but I think Khabilov will find success outboxing him. I think he will also find success with his takedowns and top control. I think there is a good chance the Dagestani fighter earns a T/KO stoppage in this contest, likely in ground and pound position, but if not, I see him cruising to a unanimous decision victory on the judges’ scorecards for his third straight win inside the Octagon. Gabe’s Call: Khabilov by T/KO (punches, 4:39 round 2) Gabe’s Recommended Parlay: Hein (-230) and Khabilov (-400) at -127 for 4.35u to win 3.45u
