UFC 200’s Jim Miller: ‘If I do what I’m supposed to do, I know I’ll put Gomi away

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC 200 lightweight Jim Miller as he prepares for his upcoming preliminary card bout this Saturday night (July 9, 2016) against Takanori Gomi at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The former top 10 lightweight has had a rough patch lately, but he feels Gomi is the perfect match-up to get him back on track:

“[Takanori Gomi]’s very unorthodox but at the same time, very predictable in that. You know he’s just gonna throw these big looping punches. He fights really short and I know he’s got a weakness on the ground, but he is dangerous. I saw his name and coming off a two-fight skid and only winning one in my last five, this is a good fight for me. I know that if I do what I’m supposed to do, I’m gonna go out and put him away.”
