Plays for Titan FC 38 on UFC Fight Pass

pedro-nobre-1Titan FC 38 Date: April 30, 2016 Arena: Miccosukee Casino City: Miami, FL Titan Fighting Championship will be live from Miami, FL tonight with Titan FC 38: Carl vs Muhammad. The action kicks off on UFC Fight Pass at 7pm ET. If interested in wagering on any plays for this fight card, all betting lines will be made available at Several Bookmakerss. My Titan FC 38 plays are: Flyweight: Pedro Nobre (-165) vs Sid Bice (+125) Gabe’s Thoughts: I’ve correctly predicted every Pedro Nobre fight since his release from the UFC and I’ve been back and forth on this one but am ultimately siding with Bice for a wager at his current offering price of +125. I think he should be a slight favorite, so at underdog odds, I think he is the right side for a play here. The main concern for me is his lack of experience vs the ton of experience Nobre has. At the end of the day, I think Bice has the brighter future in the sport and I think he is capable of staying undefeated by taking out Nobre this evening. Gabe’s Call: Bice by Unanimous Decision (29-28, 30-27, 29-28) Gabe’s Recommended Play: Bice (+125) 2u to win 2.5u Heavyweight bout: Chase Sherman (+150) vs Jack May (-190) Gabe’s Thoughts: I believe May is the stiffest test of Sherman’s professional mixed martial arts career and getting past him could mean a UFC contract for the heavyweight fighter. However, I don’t see this fight playing in his favor, as I believe May is the superior mixed martial artist of the two and the more dangerous fighter. I think May’s veteran experience, having competed in the UFC, will benefit him in this contest. After going 0-2 in the UFC, he was released from the promotion, and while I don’t think he is a UFC-calibre athlete, I do believe that he is one of the best heavyweights outside the UFC; which isn’t really saying too much, conidering how razor-thin the division is in the sport of mixed martial arts. I am not big on May, but I think he has what it takes to get the job done and get his hand raised in this match-up. Gabe’s Call: May by T/KO (strikes, 1:13 round 1) Gabe’s Recommended Play: May (-190) 1.9u to win 1u
