Bellator 153’s Brent Primus: ‘I don’t think Santos can hang with me on the ground’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with Bellator 153 lightweight Brent Primus as he prepares for his main card bout this Friday night (April 22, 2016) against Gleristone Santos at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncusville, Connecticut.

The undefeated prospect feels he’s on the rise and he’s hoping to make a big impression with his performance on Friday:

“[Gleristone Santos]’ strong suit is his stand-up. He’s comfortable, has good footwork and he’s fast but I don’t think he can hang with me on the ground. I’m always confident I can finish my opponent in the first round but if it goes past that, I’m good. I feel I’m gonna be bigger and stronger and my pressure and pace will wear him out.”
