Mavrick Harvey via submission (rear-naked choke) at 1:32 of round one (MMA)   Video Highlights: Mark Hunt vs. Frank Mir – UFC Fight Night 85   Video Highlights: Neil Magny vs. Hector Lombard – UFC Fight Night 85     Video Highlights: Jake Matthews vs. Johnny Case – UFC Fight Night 85     UFC Fight Night 87  adds Karolina Kowalkiewicz vs. Heather Jo Clark UFC officials this morning announced that strawweights Karolina Kowalkiewicz and Heather Jo Clark will square off on May 8th. Kowalkiewicz (8-0) is coming off a successful UFC debut where she outpointed Randa Markos by unanimous decision at UFC on FOX 17.  Clark (7-4) also won her UFC debut at the TUF 20 Finale back in December 2014. The Ultimate Fighter Season 20 memeber heads into this matchup off back to back victories. UFC Fight Night 87 emanates from the Ahoy Rotterdam in Rotterdam, Netherlands on Sunday May 8th. In the main event, a bantamweight matchup pitting Thomas Almeida vs. Cody Grandbrant will serve as the nights headliner. Almeida (20-0) has gone 4-0 in the octagon since making his UFC debut in 2014. He’s coming off an impressive TKO victory over Anthony Birchak at UFC Fight Night 77 in November. Garbrandt (8-0) boasts a 3-0 record in the UFC and is coming off a first round knockout over Augusto Mendes at UFC Fight Night 83. UFC Fight Night 88 takes place at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas on May 29th. Here’s a look at the card.
