Set of Parlays for UFC Fight Night 80

Jorge-MasvidalUFC Fight Night 80 Date: December 10, 2015 Arena: The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan City: Las Vegas, NV The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will be live from Las Vegas, NV on Thursday, December 10 with UFC Fight Night 80: Namajunas vs Van Zant. The stacked 11 fight card kicks off a three-card UFC weekend and will be live entirely on UFC Fight Pass, with the main card getting going 10pm ET and preliminary action preciding it at 6:45pm ET. If interested in wagering on this parlay, or any bouts on this fight card, all betting lines will be made available at Several Bookmakerss. Here are my parlays: Middleweight bout: Elias Theodorou (-260) vs Thiago Santos (+220) Gabe’s Thoughts: Theodorou’s striking has been improving drastically but I think his wrestling will be the difference in this middleweight contest. He will enjoy a size and strength advantage over the Brazilian, who previously competed at welterweight prior to signing with the UFC for a short notice bout at middleweight and going on to find success in the division. I think Theorodou will wear Santos down and grind him out over the course of 15-minutes to pick up a unanimous decision victory on the judges’ scorecards in this contest. He will look for the finish, but I think it will be tough to come, as the Brazilian is tough, durable and hard to put away. Gabe’s Call: Theodorou by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) Welterweight bout: John Howard (+260) vs Tim Means (-320) Gabe’s Thoughts: I see Tim meaning business in this welterweight contest and doing serious damage with all limbs, especially his elbows, which I see him employing quite frequently and efficiently in this contest. Howard’s chin appears to be fading and I think Means is too much for him to keep up with on the feet at this stage in his career. I think “Dirty Bird” overwhelms the veteran and puts him away, likely inside of the first. Howard will start out looking to strike but will eventually resort to attempting takedowns once he starts getting touched up by Means, who I see successfully defending said takedowns and punishing Howard for them. I think Means is on his way up and “Doomsday” is on his way out; this is a match-up tailor-made for Means to win and he should do so handily. Gabe’s Call: Means by T/KO (elbows and punches, 1:51 round 1) Gabe’s Recommended Parlays: 1) Theodorou (-260) and Means (-320) at -123 for 4.9u to win 4u, 2) Theodorou/Santos Over 2.5 rounds (-150) and Howard/Means Under 2.5 rounds (+135) at +291 for 2.4u to win 7u, and 3) Theodorou/Santos Over 2.5 rounds (-150) and Means (-320) at +118 for 3.5u to win 4.15u
