Bellator 147’s Brian Rogers on Virgil Zwicker “I’m going to be the smarter fighter”

Brian Rogers (11-8) discusses his move up to light heavyweight to take on Virgil Zwicker (14-4-1) at Bellator 147 on Dec. 4th during a “1 on 1” edition of The Parting Shot Podcast.  “I’ve done a lot of strength training to prepare for my light heavy weight debut. A big help has been spider tech kineso tape . With the heavier training workload it’s really allows me to recover faster. I can apply it to any area on the body since they are pre cut, which is great so I never feel over trained during camp.” Brian also discusses also talks about a variety of other topics including – Why he’s moving up to 205lbs – Changing jobs outside of fighting – Travelling to California and training at AKK – Mens fashion – Attending A$AP Rocky concert
