Bellator 145’s David Rickels: ‘We’re painting a path of retribution for Caveman’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with Bellator 145 lightweight David Rickels as he prepares for his upcoming main card rematch this Friday night (November 7, 2015) against Michael Chandler at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

The current Bellator champion has expressed his discontent with how he’s been promoted since gaining gold, and he plans on testing the market when his contract expires in 10 months:

“So I just fought Allessio, he had a challenging fight with Will Brooks and I think we’re painting a path here. I think what we’re doing is we’re painting a path of retribution for Caveman. We’re gonna have a beautiful scene when I fight for the belt after I beat Chandler up and kind of redeem what I consider my worst loss.”
