MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with Titan FC 35 featherweight Andre Harrison as he prepares for his upcoming co-main event title defense this Saturday (September 19, 2015) against Dez Green at the Clark County Fairgrounds Events Center in Ridgefield, Washington.
The current champion feels plenty prepared for Harrison’s wrestling and he doesn’t think his opponent will offer much else if he can stop that weapon:
“I do not enjoy going into the later rounds. It’s just when we get potential opponents listed, I always pick the toughest ones. My last few opponents, Kurt [Holobough] has never been finished by anybody, and he’s fought in the UFC. He’s fought in Strikeforce. It just so happens that we had ourselves a grind of a fight. Aaron Neveu, my first fight in Titan, he’s never been finished either. I just pick tough, tough guys to fight. I try and finish the fight if I can, but I’m not going to put myself in a position where it’s either I get a finish or I get finished. That’s just not the smart way to go about it.”
