The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is back in Las Vegas again for UFC 191: Johnson vs Dodson. The action-packed 11-fight card has a five fight Pay Per View main card that kicks off at 10pm ET, with preliminary action preciding it on FOX Sports 1 at 8pm and UFC Fight Pass at 7pm prior to that. If interested in wagering on any bouts on this fight card, all betting lines will be made available at Several Bookmakerss. Kicking things off for the televised preliminary card on FOX Sports 1 will be a featherweight contest between an American and a Brazilian, as “Cassius” Clay Collard takes on Tiago Trator. Collard was expected to face Team Alpha Male’s Andre Fili, but the Californian was forced to withdraw from the bout due to injury and was ultimately replaced by Trator. Collard looks to bounce back into the win column in this quick turnaround folllowing a unanimous decision loss to Gabriel Benitez a couple of months ago. After suffering a first round knockout at the hands of Mike de la Torre over six months ago, the Brazilian also aims to get back to his winning ways. The winner of this 145-pound scrap would get back in the win column, however the loser could be facing the chopping block. Collard opened as a -185 betting favorite over Trator, who was a +145 underdog. The public has since backed the dog, bringing betting lines to a current -135/+115. The next bout of the evening is a rematch in the women’s bantamweight division and see’s Colorado’s Raquel “Rocky” Pennington look to get a win back against Brazil’s Jessica Andrade. The Brazilian picked up a split decision win after their first meeting, which was a fun battle that saw both ladies have their moments. Pennington was supposed to face Liz Carmouche, however “Girl Rilla” was removed from the bout due to injury and replaced by the Brazilian. Considering how close and entertaining their first fight was, nobody was opposed to the booking of this rematch. The Brazilian opened as a -190 favorite, with the return on Pennington being +150. After back and forth action, mostly in favor of Andrade, current betting lines are -210/+175. The next match-up on the FOX Sports 1 prelims takes place in the UFC’s bantamweight division, where Brazil’s John Lineker makes his divisional debut against WEC veteran Francisco Riveral. Lineker is riding a two-fight winning streak, which came at 125-pounds, but due to continuous issues making weight, the promotion gave him no option but to move up to bantamweight. Greeting the Brazilian inside the Octagon in his new division will be Southern California’s Rivera, who is coming off a 21-second knockout of Alex Caceres and looks to make it two in a row on Saturday night. At 33 years of age, “Cisco” is ready to make a run at 135-pounds. Lineker and Rivera are amongst the heaviest of hitters in the UFC’s bantamweight division, and that fact alone makes this a fight fans cannot wait to see. There is also the curiousity factor about it being Lineker’s first fight in the UFC’s 135-pound weight class and how he will fare in the division. Does he belong, or whether win or lose, would he want to get back to flyweight? This bout opened at an even coin-flip, with Lineker and Rivera each being -120 at the sportsbooks. Slight action has since come in on the Brazilian, as current betting lines are -135/+115. Headlining the UFC 191 preliminary fight card on FOX Sports 1 will be a barn burner in the UFC’s lightweight division, as Philadelphia’s Paul “The Irish Dragon” Felder and England’s Ross “The Real Deal” Pearson look to bounce back into the win column in this immediate return to action for both fighters. Each 155-pounders suffered a loss just over a month ago, so heading into the Octagon in Las Vegas this Saturday night, both are expected to give it their all in an effort to avoid falling to 0-2. Felder opened as a -245 betting favorite in this lightweight contest, with the veteran Pearson being a +175 underdog. The public has since strongly supported Felder, bringing betting lines to a current -440/+350.
