UFC Fight Night 74’s Josh Burkman: ‘I’m a lot better than I’ve shown’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC Fight Night 74 welterweight Josh Burkman as he prepares for his upcoming main card this Sunday night (August 23, 2015) against Patrick Cote at the SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.

The 35-year old has gone 0-2 in his return to the promotion, and he promises that he’ll be putting on a better performance after disappointing in his Octagon return thus far.:

“[Patrick Cote and I] are kind of in the same place. We’re the veterans who are trying to show we still got it. I think that I’m still getting a lot better and I’m a lot better than I’ve shown. I know that because of the way my training camp’s going. I know where my head’s at. I’m in the right place and when I’m in the right place, good things happen. Mark my words, this is going to be the best performance you’ve seen from me in the UFC.”
