UFC Fight Night 73’s Sara McMann: ‘I’ve got to take away Amanda Nunes’ striking to win’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC Fight Night 73 women’s bantamweight Sara McMann as she prepares for her upcoming main card bout tomorrow night (Saturday, August 8, 2015) against Amanda Nunes at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.

The former silver medal-winning Olympic wrestler understands exactly what Nunes’ strengths are heading into this bout and she feels she has the perfect skills to take those strengths away

“I think she’s a talented striker. I think that’s where her main focus is when it comes to how she prefers to win fights. She comes from a boxing background. That’s where she started. I’m not underestimating her in any area of the fight, but I know that the striking is gonna be where she feels she has the stronger chance to win the fight so that’s what I’ve got to take away from her.”
