UFC 190 Date: August 1, 2015 Arena: HSBC Arena City: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returns to Rio de Janeiro tonight (August 1, 2015) with UFC 190: Rousey vs Correia ,featuring a stacked 13-fight card. The main card action will get going at 10pm ET on Pay Per View, with preliminary action preceding it at 8pm ET on FOX Sports 1 and a pair of scraps on UFC Fight Pass prior to that at 7pm ET. If interested in wagering on these props, or any plays on this fight card, all betting lines will be made available at Several Bookmakerss. Here are my prop plays for UFC 190: Ronda Rousey (-1500) vs Bethe Correia (+1200) Rousey ITD (-1030) 5.15u to win .5u This is certainly a juicy play, but I can’t imagine a world in which this ticket doesn’t cash. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira (+145) vs Stefan Struve (-155) Struve by T/KO (+165) 1u to win 1.65u This is what I consider to be the most likely outcome to this heavyweight match-up. Antonio Silva (-200) vs Soa Palelei (+185) Palelei in Round One (+125) 1u to win 1.25u I think Palelei puts “Bigfoot” away and I think he puts him away early. Claudia Gadelha (-420) vs Jessica Aguilar (+375) Aguilar +3.5 (+120) 2u to win 2.4u I think this fight is closer than the betting odds suggest and feel like it will come down to a split decision, in which case this ticket will likely cash, even if the Brazilian takes the nod in her backyrd. Patrick Cummins (-160) vs Rafael Cavalcante (+150) Cummins by Decision (+175) 1u to win 1.75u Unless “Feijao” gasses early, allowed Cummins to ground and pound him out for a TKO stoppage victory, I see Cummins grinding the Brazilian out over the course of 15 minutes using his superior wrestling to pick up a unanimous decision victory on the judges’ scorecards, ultimately returning to the win column. Iuri Alcantara (-250) vs Leandro Issa (+230) Issa by Decision (+440) .5u to win 2.2u Issa in Round Two (+1225) .2u to win 2.45u Issa in Round Three (+2150) .5u to win 10.75u I think Issa has a legitimate chance of upsetting Alcantara here and I see value in these props. Guido Cannetti (+375) vs Hugo Viana (-420) Cannetti by T/KO (+875) 1u to win 8.75u Cannetti in Round One (+1100) 1u to win 11u Contrary to popular opinion, and I could end up being wrong, especially considering how good Viana looked at the weigh-ins, but I favor Cannetti to get his hand raised in this bantamweight match-up. While I could see him winning the fight on the judges’ scorecards, I think he is more likely to win via T/KO, and most likely in the first stanza.
