MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with Bellator 137 middleweight Kendall Grove as he prepares for his upcoming main event title bout this Friday night (May 15, 2015) against champion Brandon Halsey at the Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula, California.
The former Ultimate Fighter winner has been there and done that in his MMA career and he’s leaning heavily on that experience as he prepares to take on a very strong wrestler in Brandon Halsey:
“I’m experienced. I feel my experience is helping me in training for this fight. I’ve fought better wrestlers than this asshole. I fought better strikers and better MMA fighters. I feel my career has come full circle and it’s my time to shine. I’m with a good camp. Michael Bisping has been helping me out the last three years, kinda took me under his wing and has been helping me out revive my career and here I am. I get to fight for the world title for Bellator which is the second biggest organization out there in popularity and talent. I’m grateful for this opportunity and I’ll take full advantage of it.”
