UFC 185’s Sam Stout: ‘I’m expecting Ross Pearson to come out and strike’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC 185 lightweight Sam Stout about his upcoming preliminary card bout tonight (March 14, 2014) against Ross Pearson at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.

The talented UFC veteran has been there and done that in the lightweight division, and he expects a very interesting stand-up war against the former Ultimate Fighter winner:

“I’m expecting [Ross Pearson] to come out and strike. The reason for that is mainly because he’s training with the guys out in San Diego. KJ Noons and Jeremy Stephens both got wins over me standing. So I’m sure he’s working with them and he feels confident with that in mind. He’s never been known for taking guys down and looking for submissions. He likes to stand so I expect that from him and he expect that from me. We’re both gonna do that.”
