Titan FC 32’s Nick Honstein: ‘Iliarde Santos is just a punching bag’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with Titan FC 32 flyweight Nick Honstein as he prepares for his upcoming main card bout against Iliarde Santos tonight (Dec. 19, 2014) at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts.

The explosive flyweight expects to live up to his nickname and start “Quick” against the UFC veteran, hoping to put away the Brazilian inside the first frame:

“He’s just a victim for my double leg and a punching bag for my elbows and just the next guy I’m going to submit after that. It’s my coach’s job to dive into the gameplan for the guy I’m fighting. I’m not ignorant. I know what’s coming. He’s got a double leg. He’s got a left hook. I know all that, but what I’m focused on is my double leg, my ground and pound and my submissions to finish the fight and it’s gonna happen in the first round.”
