UFC Fight Night 58 Date: December 20, 2014 Arena: Jose Correa Arena City: Barueri, Brazil The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to Brazil this Saturday night (Dec. 20, 2014) with UFC Fight Night 58 and will be featuring 12 bouts, including a six-fight main card that will be live on FOX Sports 1 at 10pm ET, with a four-fight preliminary card that will precede it on the same channel at 8pm ET, and a pair of scraps preceding that on UFC Fight Pass at 7pm ET. If interested in making this parlay, or any other wagers for this UFC fight card, you will be able to do so at Several Bookmakerss. Here’s my preliminary card parlay for UFC Fight Night 58 in Brazil: Light Heavyweight bout: Igor Pokrajac (+245) vs Marcos De Lima (-335) Gabe’s Thoughts: To put it simply, I think De Lima is going to make quick work of the Croatian in this 205 pound match-up. I believe that Pokrajac is done and that the UFC is just feeding him to the Brazilian to pick up an easy win for his first fight at 205 pounds. I don’t see this fight seeing its way into the second round and think De Lima will use his fists to get the job done in the first. I think he will hurt Pokrajac with a punch, and then follow up with more until the referee intervenes. Though heavily juiced, there’s plenty of value in De Lima at his current betting line of -335, as I think should be a -550 favorite heading into this match-up, so I like him for the first leg in this two-way parlay. Gabe’s Call: De Lima by T/KO (punches, 1:00 round 1) Middleweight bout: Antonio Dos Santos Jr (+130) vs Daniel Sarafian (-170) Gabe’s Thoughts: This is a rare Daniel Sarafian fight in which he will have the superior cardio. That said, I do not expect this fight to last very long, as I think the Brazilian-born Armenian will find success with his superior grappling. I see him taking Dos Santos Jr down and within minutes securing a finish, either by way of T/KO or submission, ultimately bouncing back into the win column. If the fight stays on the feet, contrary to popular opinion, I don’t think Sarafian will be in trouble. On the contrary, I think he will land better shots in the stand-up and is more likely to hurt his opponent. I think Sarafian should be a -280 favorite in this 185 pound scrap, so I see enough value in him to throw him in as the second leg of this two teamer. Gabe’s Call: Sarafian by Submission (rear naked choke, 3:39 round 1) Gabe’s Recommended Parlay: Marcos De Lima (-335) parlayed with Daniel Sarafian (-170) for -104 4.45u to win 4.3u
