MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC Fight Night 57 lightweight Isaac Vallie-Flagg as he prepares for his upcoming main card bout against Matt Wiman this Saturday (November 22, 2014) at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas.
The long-time UFC and Strikeforce veteran knows he has a tough test on his hands in Matt Wiman, and he’ll have his work cut out for him if he wants to pull out a victory:
“Matt is another one of those guys who’s very tough, very durable. He’s not like Gomi. I knew in the last fight what Gomi was going to do, but I just couldn’t beat him unfortunately. Matt is very unpredictable. He’s very well-rounded and he’s good enough in all those areas to take the fight wherever he wants to so that makes him really dangerous and very hard to gameplan. With that being said, he also does some stuff that’s very easy to gameplan. His biggest weakness, it’s hard to say… It’s hard to pick out a weakness with him. I started preparing early in this fight because of that.”
