MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC Fight Night 57 flyweight Brad Pickett as he prepares for his upcoming main card bout against Chico Camus this Saturday (November 22, 2014) at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas.
The talented UFC and WEC veteran loves to be in the most exciting fight of the card and that wasn’t the case in his last fight against Ian McCall, which was something that really frustrated him:
“In a way, people now are more worried about winning rather than being involved in good fights. It’s a winning business and I understand. Me, I like to be involved in good fights and after that fight with Ian McCall, I felt like I’d been involved in three rounds of shadow boxing. That’s what it was. I wasn’t hitting him and I didn’t get hit really. To me, it was like a no contest because I didn’t get involved in a fight. I’m hoping for this fight I can do some things I’ve been working on and make it a fight I want to be involved in.”
