Invicta FC 8 Weigh-in Results for ‘Waterson vs Tamada’ Tomorrow (Sept. 6) in Kansas City

Invicta Fighting Championships held its weigh-ins earlier today (Sept. 5, 2014) at Municapal Hall in Kansas City, Missouri, for the Invicta FC 8 event tomorrow night (Sept. 6, 2014) on UFC Fight Pass. The 10-fight event will feature two title fights including promotion superstar Michelle “The Karate Hottie” Waterson’s first defense of her Invicta women’s atomweight title against Yasuko Tamada. Also on tap will be a strawweight title fight between Stephanie Eggink and Katja Kankaanpaa as the promotion looks to replenish it’s 115 pound talent pool after the UFC incorporated a significant portion of the strawweight talent for the upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter including the former champion Carla Esparza.
