Gabe Killian’s Preliminary Card Parlay for UFC 177

Henry CejudoUFC 177 Date: August 30, 2014 Arena: Sleep Train Arena City: Sacramento, CA UFC 177 will be live from the Sleep Train Arena in Sacramento, CA for the second time in eight months with a 10-fight card, including a five-fight main card that will be live on Pay Per View at 10 pm ET. If interested in making this parlay, or any wagers for this fight card, you can do so at Several Bookmakerss. Here is my preliminary card parlay for UFC 177… Flyweight bout: Henry Cejudo (-165) vs Scott Jorgensen (+145) Gabe’s Thoughts: I believe Cejudo’s superior wrestling will be the difference in this match-up. Jorgensen has the better cardio, so I think he can manage to win the third round, but he will ultimately come up short on the judges’ scorecards, unless he manages to find the stoppage late. It is possible that the former Olympic gold medalist’s conditioning at 125 pounds could be improved, but it is not highly likely, especially considering this is his promotional debut, so Octagon jitters and an adrenaline dump could also play a factor. In any case, with these two paired against each other, I think that more often than not it will be Cejudo who walks away the victor, so I favor him as my first leg in this parlay at the betting line of -165, which I think carries good value. Gabe’s Call: Cejudo by Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28) Heavyweight bout: Anthony Hamilton (-210) vs Ruan Potts (+175) Gabe’s Thoughts: Simply put, Hamilton can hit hard and Potts proved to have no chin in his Octagon debut. I think there is a good chance he gets finished here. And if his chin doesn’t do him in, I think the volume of strikes Hamilton dishes out once Potts gasses will do the trick. I think Hamilton has more routes to victory in this heavyweight match-up, and I see enough value in him at the current betting line of -210 to include him as the second and final leg of this here my two-way parlay. Gabe’s Call: Hamilton by TKO (strikes, 2:33 round 2) Gabe’s Recommended Parlay: Cejudo (-165) parlayed with Hamilton (-210) for +137 2.3u to win 3.15u
