UFC Fight Night 49’s Neil Magny: ‘I need to make Alex Garcia work for it’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC Fight Night 49 welterweight Neil Magny as he prepares for his upcoming preliminary card bout against Alex Garcia this Saturday (August 23, 2014) at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The lanky 170-pounder knows he has to weather the early storm from Garcia, and if he makes the prospect work for every inch, he has a very good chance of turning it on late:

“In this fight [Alex Garcia] will be looking to push the pace early. I need to make him work for it. I’m not worried about gassing out or nothing. I can push all three rounds so if it goes the distance, I’m more than confident that I’ll win the fight that way. If I can finish it earlier, I’ll take that as well.”
