Titan FC 29’s Keith Johnson: ‘This is definitely a big step for me’

MMAOddsBreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with Titan Fighting Championship 29 welterweight Keith Johnson as he prepares for his upcoming main card bout against Mike Bronzoulis tonight (August 22, 2014) at the Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

The Alabama native has been keeping busy despite what his recent Sherdog record says, and he feels this fight will be the one to put him on the map should he perform up to his own lofty standards:

“Most people don’t have me on the radar or on their rankings or anything. This is definitely a big step. My style, I’m aggressive. I like to take top position and once I get top, I punch to pass and smash and look for submissions. Of my 13 wins, 11 have been submissions. I look for submissions but I don’t mind standing up. I’m 6’3 and have a good reach. I have confidence in my stand-up. I like to go, I don’t think cardio will be an issue and I feel like I get stronger each round.”
