Viana/Sterling +600 — I think this is going to be a phenomenal match-up in the UFC’s bantamweight division. Viana has only one loss on his professional mixed martial arts record and that came against current UFC bantamweight title holder TJ Dillashaw. Sterling’s record, on the other hand, remains perfect and the Brazilian will seriously be threatening it in this match-up. This is a fight between two well-rounded fighters who are both very fun to watch. This is my favorite pick for this prop, because I think when the styles of these two clash, it is undoubtedly going to be fireworks until someone goes down or the final bell sounds. Should Viana and Sterling take home ‘Fight of the Night’ honors, it would mean the first time for both 135-pounders. Gadelha/Lahdemaki +1500 — This is my dark horse pick, though I should mention the chances of it cashing it pretty slim, as there is a good chance that Gadelha will pick up a one-sided victory here. That said, there is also a slight chance that Lahdemaki could make this a very competitive fight which ultimately results in an exciting opening bout for the UFC Fight Night 45 card in Atlantic City. It is also worth mentioning that this is the first ever women’s strawweight bout in UFC history, so as long as it’s a fun fight, I feel it will have a good chance of taking home ‘Fight of the Night’ honors, which of course would be the first for both ladies.
