“This is what I’ve been waiting for. I feel like one of those matches, this will show I’m arriving, I’m getting to where I want to be and this will put me on the scene in the heavyweight division. It’s a big fight. It’s a guy who’s ranked above me. It’ll get me closer to the top 10. It’ll probably get me a fight with a top 10 next fight if I win and it’s the third fight in my four-fight contract. There’s a lot of stuff and it’s a really important fight for me. It’s a perfect stylistic match-up for me.”
