WSOF 10’s Tyson Griffin: ‘No more Fight of the Nights, I want to dominate’

MMA Oddsbreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with World Series of Fighting 10 lightweight Tyson Griffin as he prepares for his main card bout tonight (June 21, 2014) against Luiz Firmino at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The talented former UFC standout is looking to bounce back from a tough loss in his last fight, and he feels his change in mentality will be key:

“I’ve been trying to work on being a little bit more ‘mean’ now. That’s something I’ve been trying to make myself do more, take advantage of when they’re hurt, be a little more selfish. I don’t want to knock them out and really hurt their career, but hey, if I’ve got ’em tired, if I’ve got ’em hurt, I got to keep pushing the pace. I want to finish these fights. I don’t want to have ‘Fight of the Nights.’ I want to dominate and if it ends up being exciting, it ends up being exciting.”
