The gritty middleweight expects to be ready for everything, but he’s hoping for a stand-up brawl
“I know he has a wrestling background and he’s training with Dan Henderson and those guys, but I think he’s gonna stand and bang. I think it’s gonna be a fun fight. We’re preparing for if he wants to take me down. It’s MMA and you’ve got to expect it. If he wants to keep his belt, I’d probably try and do it. I’d try to take me down to try and secure some rounds. Maybe he thinks he’s better there.”
