UFC 172’s Tim Boetsch: ‘I haven’t seen the evolution in Luke Rockhold’s game’

MMA Oddsbreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC 172 middleweight Tim Boetsch as he prepares for his main card bout on Saturday night (April 26, 2014) against Luke Rockhold at the Baltimore Arena in Baltimore, Maryland.

The Matt Hume-trained fighter knows he has a tall task ahead of him in the former Strikeforce champion Rockhold, but he feels his game has developed more than his opponent’s:

“Honestly I think Luke has been doing the same stuff for quite a while. He’s been very good for quite a while but I haven’t seen the evolution in his game. I feel like not to toot my own horn but I’ve had no choice but to evolve because when I started my career I was very raw. My skills were very basic.”
