WSOF 8’s Alida Gray: ‘I hope Jessica Aguilar is taking me seriously’

MMA Oddsbreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with World Series of Fighting 8 women’s strawweight Alida Gray as he prepares for her title fight this Saturday night (Jan. 18, 2013) against Jessica Aguilar at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

The undefeated former judoka only began her professional mixed martial arts career in 2013, but has finished all of her opponents convincingly and she hopes Aguilar isn’t sleeping on her:

“I hope [Jessica Aguilar] takes it serious. She does have a lot more experience in the cage than I do but I’m coming from a judo background. I’ve competed all over the world in judo. I hope that she’s taking it a little bit serious and is not looking at my 4-0 record and my amateur record. I’ve competed in Cuba. I’ve competed in England, Italy, and those were some tough competitors. It’s gonna be a fight on January 18th.”
