The hometown hero is looking to redeem himself after suffering the first stoppage loss in his 16-fight career in his last bout, a title fight against Bellator champion Michael Chandler:
“I’m looking to get back in that win column. I’m looking for redemption. I jumped right back into training camp after [losing to Michael Chandler] and that’s the thing, man. I’m going into this fight hoping to kick some ass and hopefully get right back on track… I’ve got a tough guy in JJ Ambrose. If I go out there and kick his ass and make this a good night for me, you’ll see me in another tournament.”
