MMA Oddsbreaker’s Frank Trigg speaks with UFC Fight Night 29 welterheavyweight Mike Pierce as he prepares for his main card bout tonight (Oct. 9, 2013) against Rousimar Palhares at the Ginásio José Corrêa in Barueri, Brazil.
The talented Sportslab welterweight has been pretty outspoken on his thoughts of his opponent Palhares and his questionable sportsmanship, pulling no punches here either:
“I stated the obvious. He tested positive in his last fight for elevated testosterone. He’s been sanctioned before for holding on to a heel hook for longer than he’s supposed to after the ref called the fight. Yeah, I think he’s a bit of an ass and a bit of a cheat. That’s just me stating facts.”
