Five UFC 163 Crazy Prop Bets That Cashed Big

Anthony Perosh After every UFC event I love to look back at all the prop bet lines and see which of them cashed, and many times some of the props you never thought would cash do. Here’s a list of five crazy UFC 163 prop bets that cashed big, based on the closing odds at Several Bookmakers. Anthony Perosh Wins By T/KO (+1000) The biggest upset of the night occurred in the light heavyweight division as Anthony Perosh KOed Vinny Magalhaes in just 14 seconds in the FX main event to cash as a +435 dog. The prop bet on Perosh to win by T/KO paid out at +1000, so if you were on of the few who predicted “The Hippo” to win by TKO congrats because this was a great haul. Anthony Perosh Wins KOTN Award (+4500) Perosh was also awarded the KOTN bonus by the UFC, and the prop for the Aussie to win the award paid out a ridiculous +4500, which is one of the biggest plus-money underdog wins to cash this year. Again, that’s +4500! Ridiculous. Phil Davis Wins By 3-Round Decision (+487) In the co-main event of the evening, the judges robbed Lyoto Machida of a decision win as they somehow sided with his opponent Phil Davis instead in one of the clearest robberies in recent memory. The prop on Davis by decision paid out at +487, so if you bet that congrats, although I do believe anyone who cashed this ticket got lucky. Very lucky. Sergio Moraes Wins SOTN Award (+800) In an FX prelim, Sergio Moraes defeated Neil Magny by a slick triangle choke from the mount submission and the UFC gave him the SOTN award. The prop for Moraes to win the SOTN paid out +800, so my hat goes off to you if you bet it. Francisco Barroso Wins By 3-Round Decision (+550) In one of the Facebook prelims, Francimar Barroso defeated Ednaldo Oliveira by decision in one of the wort fights of the night. The prop on Barroso to win a decision paid out +550, a great hit for anyone who bet it.
