Five Props is a column featured on after every major MMA event that highlights the biggest underdog prop bets to cash out from that card. Here are five UFC 227 prop bets that cashed big based on the closing odds from across various sportsbooks.

1) Alex Perez by Knockout (+1350)

In one of the biggest prop cashes of 2018, Alex Perez put in an incredible performance landing 84 significant strikes in under four minutes to overwhelm the previously undefeated flyweight for the biggest win of his career. Perez by knockout paid a stunning +1350 for the fast rising flyweight.

2) Henry Cejudo by Decision (+900)

In an incredible title fight, Henry Cejudo did the unthinkable knocking off one of the greatest fighters of all time, Demetrious Johnson, in a split decision to win the flyweight championship. Cejudo by decision paid +900.

3) Thiago Santos by Decision (+640)

The Brazilian was expected to kickoff the PPV with an exciting knockout of fellow striker, Kevin Holland, but the American showed tenacity and durability as he was able to make it to the final bell. Santos by decision closed at +640.

4) Renato Moicano by Submission (+575)

In the best performance of his career, Renato Moicano made quick of veteran and long time top ten featherweight Cub Swanson. He dropped Swanson in the first round and then dazzled on the mat to find an optimal position and secure a rear naked choke for the win. Moicano by submission backers smile at their +575 winner.

5) Marlon Vera by Knockout (+411)

In the first fight of the night, Marlon Vera landed to the body, dropping his opponent in the second round to earn the TKO victory. Vera by knockout closed +411.

A $100 parlay on these five props would have netted $3,700,945
