In one of the most dramatic endings to a UFC fight ever, Ricky Simon had opponent, Merab Dvalishvili, in a guillotine choke for the final 40 seconds of the bout. Simon had Dvalishvili very close to tapping. When the final bell rung, the referee ruled that Dvalishvili was out and therefore declared Simon winner by submission and for bettors a +577 prop winner.
