Bellator 194 Closing Odds and Betting Results

Bellator 194 took place Friday, February 16, 2018 in Uncasville, Connecticut. The card was headlined by a quarterfinal bout between Matt Mitrone and Roy Nelson in the Bellator Heavyweight Grand Prix Tournament.  Here’s a quick recap of each of those fights.

Favorites that Won

Despite a poor final round, Matt Mitrione did enough in rounds one and two to advance in the grand prix tournament with a decision victory over Roy Nelson. Mitrione closed -180 while Nelson closed +155.

Patricky Freire landed a flush left hand that dropped Derek Campos and followed up with punches to finish him inside of the first round. Freire closed -185. Campos closed +160.

In a rather pedestrian contest, Heather Hardy outworked Ana Julaton to win by unanimous decision. Hardy closed -246 with Julaton closing +210.

Tywan Claxton had no problems with Jose Perez. He took him to the mat in both the first and second round beating up his opponent earning a second round victory via referee stoppage. Claxton closed -1705 while Jose Perez closed +1000.

Underdogs that Won

Vadim Nemkov earned the biggest win of his career earning a TKO victory over Liam McGeary utilizing a leg kick heavy attack. Nemkov closed +115 while McGeary closed -120.
