LFA 33 takes place at The Bomb Factory in Dallas, Texas, on Friday (Feb. 16, 2018) at 9pm ET live on AXS TV. Two top undefeated welterweight prospects clash in the main event as Jaleel Willis faces Kyle Stewart.
Willis (8-0) was slated to make his LFA deubt in December against Bellator veteran Evan Cutts, however an injury to the Fight Master competitor scratched the matchup altogether. The 25-year-old hasn’t competed since June 2017 where he captured the vacant V3 Fights welterweight title defeating Nolan Norwood by unanimous decision. Stewart (8-0) last saw action on Dana White’s Contender Series 3, where he defeated Titan FC welterweight champion Jason Jackson by TKO (injury) in the second-round. The Arizona Combat Academy standout has finished seven of his last eight opponents, with his lone decision win coming against UFC veteran Estevan Payan last March.

In the co-main event, UFC veteran Damon Jackson looks for his third win in a row when he battles former RFA lightweight Chris Pecero. Jackson (13-2-1) has gone 4-1 since leaving the UFC in 2016, with his lone loss coming against current LFA featherweight champion Kevin Aguilar. The 29-year-old has finished three of his last four opponents during that span. Pecero (14-7) heads into his LFA debut off a submission loss to Alexander Hernandez at RFA 41 back in July 2016, which snapped his two-fight win streak. The 31-year-old has only competed once since 2016.
