CES 47 takes place at Twin River Casino in Lincoln, Rhode Island Friday (Nov 17, 2017) at 7 p.m. (ET) live on AXS TV. Contender Series heavyweight Greg Rebello faces Derrick Brown in the main event
Rebello (22-8) had his two-fight win streak snapped in his last bout when he was knocked out by Azunna Anyanwu at Dana White’s Contender Series 1 back in July. The 35-year-old hasn’t lost back-to-back fights since 2005. Brown (7-4) is coming off a submission loss to UFC middleweight Kark Roberson at CFFC 65 in May. The South Carolina native has won three of his last four fights.
In the co-main event Nate Andrews looks for his sixth straight win when he battles Tyler Combs. Andrews (11-1) hasn’t lost a fight since September 2014 and has never been finished in his career. The 33-year-old has only gone the distance once in his 12-fight career. Combs (14-16-1) has lost four-straight fights and will be looking for his first win since Febuary 2015.
