Glory 45 emanates from the Sporthallen Zuid in Amsterdam, Netherlands this Saturday (September 30, 2017). The GLORY SuperFight Series portion of this card will air on UFC Fight Pass at 1 p.m. ET while the main card airs at 3 p.m. ET on ESPN 3. In the main event Robin van Roosmalen battles Serhiy Adamchuk in a featherweight affair.
Van Roosmalen (50-16-3) heads into this matchup off a majority decision win over Petpanomrung Kiatmuu at Glory 41 in May, which pushed his winning streak to three-straight. The Dutch fighter has won eight of his last nine fights in the kickboxing ring. Adamchuk (11-5) got back on the winning track in his last bout earning a unanimous decision win over Dylan Salvador at Glory 42 in June. The 27-year-old is 2-3 in his last five fights.
The co-main event features a heavyweight matchup between Hesdy Gerges taking and Mladen Brestovac. Gerges (50-18) snapped a three-fight skid in his last contest earning a unanimous decision win over Tomáš Hron at Glory 41 in May. The 33-year-old looks for back-to-back wins for the first time since June 2015. Brestovac (53-13-1) has won four of his last fights including a unanimous decision victory over Dževad Poturak at FFC 29 in April. The 33-year-old hasn’t won three-straight fights since April 2015.
