UFC champion Demetrious Johnson wins ESPY ‘Best Fighter’ Award
UFC flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson won “Best Fighter” at the 2017 ESPY Awards on Wednesday. Johnson (26-2-1) beat out fellow UFC superstar Conor McGregor and boxers Gennady Golovkin, Terence Crawford and Andre Ward.
The current UFC flyweight champion is coming off a record-tying 10th consecutive UFC title defense after he submitted Wilson Reis at UFC on FOX 24 back in April.
