Invicta FC 24 takes place at Scottish Rite Temple in Kansas City, Missouri this Saturday (July 15, 2017) at 8 p.m (ET) on UFC Fight Pass. In the main event, Milana Dudieva competes for the first time since her UFC release as she battles Mara Borella.
Dudieva (11-5) looks to avoid three straight losses for the first time in her career after suffering back-to-back setbacks against Julianna Peña and Marion Reneau. The 28-year-old will be competing for just the third time since 2015. Meanwhile, Borella (10-4) will be making her North American debut and heads into this matchup on a five-fight unbeaten streak. This will be the 31-year-old fifth fight since the start of 2016.
In the co-main event, Jinh Yu takes on Ashley Cummins in an atomweight affair. Yu (5-2) had her three-fight win streak snapped in her last bout, as she suffered a second-round TKO loss to Ayaka Hamasaki at Invicta FC 19. The former Sugar Creek Showdown atomweight champion has never lost two straight fights in her career. Cummings (5-3) has won two fights in a row, including a unanimous-decision victory over Amber Brown at Invicta FC 22 in March. The full-time police officer has fought the likes of UFC standouts Joanne Calderwood, Emily Kagan and Alexa Grasso.
