UFC Fight Night 112: Chiesa vs. Lee

Date: June 25, 2017
Arena: Chesapeake Energy Arena
City: Oklahoma City, OK

The Ultimate Fighting Championship will be returning to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma for the second time in promotional history this Sunday (June 25, 2017) with UFC Fight Night 112: Chiesa vs. Lee. The 13-fight card kicks off on UFC Fight Pass at 5:30 p.m. (ET), with the prelims continuing on FOX Sports 2 at 7 p.m. Main card action will then get underway on FOX Sports 1 at 9 p.m. If interested in wagering on any bouts for this fight card, all betting lines are available at Several Bookmakers.

Here are my live dogs for UFC Fight Night 112…

Women’s Strawweight bout: Felice Herrig (-135) vs. Justine Kish (-105)

Gabe’s Thoughts: This is an excellent matchup in the UFC’s women’s 115-pound division, and I think it has the potential of being fireworks from start to finish. However, it does also have the potential of being a three-round technical battle. My money is on the former though, as I think these ladies will mix it up both on the feet and on the mat for an entertaining 15 minutes of action. Herrig has been showing improvements in her game, but I still think Kish should be the betting favorite heading into this one. At her current offering price of -105, I like her for a wager.

Gabe’s Call: Kish by Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

Gabe’s Recommended Play: Kish (-105)

Featherweight bout: Michel Quinones (-125) vs. Jared Gordon (-115)

Gabe’s Thoughts: We are getting Gordon at a much better price this time than we did in his previous bout. I suppose that’s largely in part due to the fact that late action came in on American Top Team’s Quinones for that matchup before it was ultimately pulled from the fight card and rebooked for this one due to Gordon falling ill. I expect this to be a closely contested bout, but I do think Gordon should be the betting favorite here, so at -115, I like him for a play.

Gabe’s Call: Gordon by Unanimous Decision (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)

Gabe’s Recommended Play: Gordon (-115)
