Fight Pass Parlay for UFC 211

UFC 211

Date: May 12, 2017
Arena: American Airlines Center
City: Dallas, TX

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is set to return to Dallas, TX for the fourth time in promotional history with UFC 211: Miocic vs. Dos Santos II. The incredibly stacked 13-fight card is scheduled to kick off with preliminary action on UFC Fight Pass at 6 p.m. ET, which will continue on FX at 8 p.m., with the main card getting underway on Pay-Per-View at 10 p.m. If interested in wagering on any bouts for this fight card, all betting lines are available at Several Bookmakers.

Here is my parlay:

Flyweight bout: Jared “Flash” Gordon (-150) vs. Michel Quinones (+130)

Gabe’s Thoughts: Both 145-pounders are making their Octagon debuts in this contest, and I think the UFC signed Quinones mainly to have an opponent for Gordon, although I could be mistaken. I think Gordon is the superior striker and more well-rounded mixed martial artist heading into this bout, and I see him coming out on top in this contest. I think there is a good chance that he submits Quinones here, but if not, I think he will manage to take a unanimous decision. Quinones is a solid prospect at 145 pounds and may go on to have a bright future in the UFC, but I think Gordon is an even better prospect and see him finding success in the promotion, starting with a win here..

Gabe’s Call: Gordon by Submission (Brabo choke, 2:45 round 2)

Heavyweight bout: Gadzhimurad Antigulov (-440) vs. Joachim Christenson (+350)

Gabe’s Thoughts: Simply put, Antigulov is the better fighter, and he is a justified heavy favorite in this matchup. This is a fight he should win much more often than not.

Gabe’s Call: Antigulov by T/KO (punches, 4:33 round 1)

Gabe’s Recommended Parlay: Gordon (-150) and Antigulov (-440) at +104
