480 At the beginning of every month, I feature my recurring “Veteran Watch” article, which takes a look at some notable veterans competing on the regional/overseas circuit. In this article, I recap how these veteran fighters fared in their respective bouts for the month of March. March 4th – BRACE 46 (Queensland, Australia)  B.J. Bland def. Ben Wall via TKO (Elbows) at 0:52, RD. 1  Wall has now gone on a 1-6 in his last seven fights while Mumford has won two of his last three fights.   March 4th – PLMMA 72: Mayhem (Lomianki, Poland)  Jason ‘Mayhem’ Miller (24-10) vs. Wojciech Balejko (4-6)  Bout cancelled per Tapology Matt Horwich def. David Ramirez via Submission (Armlock) RD. 2  Horwich earns his first win since 2012 while Ramirez has his five-fight win streak snapped.   March 4th – Cage Warriors 81 (Dublin, Ireland)  Karl Moore def. Josh Clark via Unanimous Decision  Moore improves his winning streak to three straight while Clark has now lost two of his last three fights.   March 11th – ACB 54: Supersonic (Manchester, England)  Mamed Khalidov def. Luke Barnatt via TKO (Punches) at 0:21, RD. 1  Khalidov improves his winning streak to 13 straight while Barnatt has his four-fight win streak snapped. Brett Cooper (23-12) vs. Aslambek Saidov (19-5)  Cooper scratched from the card due to “Health Problems” according to Tapology Vinny Magalhães (14-8) vs. Przemysław Mysiala (20-9-1)  Bout cancelled due to an injury to Magalhaes.   March 12th – Pancrase 285 (Tokyo, Japan)  Nazareno Malegarie def. Issei Tamura  via Submission (Rear-Naked Choke) RD. 1  Malegarie wins the Pancrase 145lb championship and improves to 5-0 since his UFC release. Tamura has his three-fight win streak snapped.   March 18th – Brave CF 3 (Curitiba, Brazil)  Lucas Martins def. Fabian Galvan via Submission at 4:42, RD. 2 Martins has now amassed a four fight win streak and earns his seconds straight win by submission. Galvan has his three fight win streak snapped.   March 18th – Beatdown 20 (New Town, North Dakota)  David Michaud def. Cody Wilson via Knockout  UFC and Titan FC vet Michaud gets back on the winning track by earning his second win in his last three fights. Wilson has now lost back-to-back fights after winning nine straight.   March 18th – Battlefield Fighting Championships (Seoul, South Korea)  Sarah Kaufman defeats Jessy Rose-Clark via Unanimous Decision  Former Strikeforce bantamweight champion Kaufman snaps a two-fight skid as she earns her first win since 2014. Clark has now lost two straight.   March 24th – Paramount MMA (Denver, Colorado)  Brian Rogers def. Canaan Grigsby via Unanimous Decision “The Professional Predator” Rogers earns back-to-back wins for the first time since 2011 as he’s gone 2-0 since leaving Bellator.
