Josh Koscheck vs. Mauricio Alonso set for Bellator 172 on Feb. 18th Former UFC welterweight title challenger Josh Koscheck will make his Bellator debut February 18th against Mauricio Alonso. Koscheck (17-10) hasn’t competed since a March 2015 submission loss to Erick Silva at UFC Fight Night 62 and heads into this matchup on a five-fight losing streak. The 39-year-old has pulled out of two straight fights for Bellator due to injury. The Fresno native was slated to fight Matt Secor at Bellator 148 and then Paul Daley at Bellator 158. Alonso (12-7 1 No-Contest) heads into this matchup off back-to-back victories. He made his Bellator debut in 2015, losing a unanimous decision to Nick Pica at Bellator 142.
