Josh Barnett flagged by USADA for out of competition drug test UFC officials announced Tuesday that former heavyweight champion Josh Barnett failed an out-of-competition drug test on December 9th. Barnett (35-8) is no stranger to failed drug tests, as he tested positive for a banned substance after defeating Bobby Hoffmann at UFC 34 and also following his victory over Randy Couture in 2002 when he captured the heavyweight title. In 2009, Barnett was slated to fight Fedor Emelianenko, but 10 days before the matchup, he tested positive for anabolic steroids and the event was cancelled. It was not disclosed what substance he tested positive for, but stay tuned to MMAOddsBreaker.com as updates become available. UFC 207 Embedded, Episode 2
