Jose Aldo says he’s fighting Max Holloway at UFC 208 MMAFighting reported on Monday that UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo says his next fight will be against Max Holloway at UFC 208. Aldo (26-2) is coming off a unanimous-decision win over Frankie Edgar at UFC 200 back in July and subsequently claimed the interim featherweight title. A few weeks back, the UFC decided to strip Conor McGregor of his featherweight championship, promoting Aldo as the undisputed champion. Holloway (17-3) captured the UFC interim featherweight title this past weekend at UFC 206, becoming the first fighter to stop Anthony Pettis via strikes in the third round. UFC 208 takes place in Brooklyn, New York on February 11th. MMA Media Chronicles: UFC 206 recap & UFC on FOX 22 preview
