If interested in wagering on this parlay, or any bouts for this fight card, all betting lines are currently made available at Several Bookmakers. Here is my parlay: Light Heavyweight bout: Ion Cutelaba (-160) vs Jonathan Wilson (+140) Gabe’s Thoughts: I think Cutelaba is the more powerful striker and more capable of finishing this fight. His durability is another reason why I feel that way, as I think he is harder to put away with strikes than Wilson is. I think Cutelaba also has superior cardio, so I see the fight favoring him if it makes it out of the first round. That said, I would not be surprised to see improved conditioning from Wilson, considering a poor gas tank played a big part in his first Octagon defeat. I see this fight taking place on the feet, and I think it will be a matter of time until Cutelaba lands the find ending shot. Gabe’s Call: Cutelaba by T/KO (punches, 1:42 round 1) Heavyweight bout: Curtis Blaydes (-230) vs Cody East (+190) Gabe’s Thoughts: Putting it simply, I see Blaydes finding success in taking East down and keeping him on his back, rinse and repeat for the majority of three rounds en route to a unanimous-decision victory on the judges’ scorecards while potentially securing a ground-and-pound TKO stoppage along the way. Gabe’s Call: Blaydes by Unanimous Decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27) Gabe’s Recommended Parlay: Cutelaba (-160) and Blaydes (-230) at +133 for 2.7u to win 3.59u
